In a stunning segment discussing Eric Holder’s resignation today, Fox News hosts came dangerously close to racism while going way over the line in sheer hatred and opinion.
Fox News‘ “Outnumbered” this afternoon announced the resignation of Eric Holder, who has been the U.S. Attorney General for nearly six years and one of President Barack Obama’s closest advisors.Â
Kirsten Powers called the AG’s resignation “a shakeup,” which, unless she has information no other person in America does, is untrue. A shakeup is generally the result of a firing or forced resignation. Holder is leaving on his own terms and had announced earlier he would be stopping down by the end of the year.
She also called Holder’s work in the killing of Ferguson, Missouri teen Michael Brown by police “controversial.” Holder is enforcing the law by opening a civil rights investigation.

Another host labeled it “a great day,” and one claimed Holder’s “track record has been incredibly divisive.” Divisive, of course, only to those who don’t believe in equality or civil rights, two of Holder’s areas of greatest achievement.
But it was noted anti-equality pundit Andrea Tantaros who stole the show.
Calling Holder “Obama’s cover-up guy,” Tantaros said the Attorney General has been “one of the most divisive, polarizing, controversial, most dangerous men in America.” She labeled him “unethical,” adding, “he ran the DOJ much like the Black Panthers would.”
No word on exactly how the Black Panthers would run the Department of Justice.
Co-host Kennedy (apparently, as in Madonna or other one-word names) called Holder “slimier than a salamander covered in Vaseline.”
She closed the segment by announcing, “Ding dong…”
Note that Fox News claims their daytime shows are news and their evening shows are opinion. Apparently, Fox News believes evening begin at noon.
