Watch Live: President Obama To Make Statement About Situation In Ferguson

President Barack Obama is about to make a statement on the situation in Ferguson and about Iraq. Watch live here.

Since Saturday’s poise killing of an unarmed Black teen in Ferguson, Missouri, that small town of just 21,000 people has become nearly a war zone. Police have been accused of escalating the violence and after last night’s attacks and arrests of journalists — including two who were working on their laptops inside a McDonald’s, away from a peaceful demonstration — the nation has called for local, state, and federal government intervention.

President Barack Obama will address the nation, starting around 12:15 PM EDT.
