Watch: Gun Activists With Rifles Hold Second Amendment Event At Site Of Kennedy Assassination

Second Amendment supporters of “open carry” spent Saturday with rifles strapped to their backs, walking around Dealey Plaza, the site of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Several members of an anti-immigrant pro-nationalism pro-birther-conspiracy “open-carry” group spent much of the day Saturday hanging out in Dealey Plaza, the infamous scene where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated, in an apparent attempt to exercise their second Amendment rights.

The group, Come And Take It Dallas, brandished assault-style rifles despite the many young children and other tourists visiting the memorial.

“An armed society will remain a free society,” one member, who said he is 71-years old, said on camera. “We’re not giving up our guns,” he and his companions repeatedly insisted.

Members say they are affiliated with New York City’s virulently anti-gay Harlem Pastor James David Manning, who has insisted “Jesus would stone homos” because “stoning is still the law,” and claims “white homos are going to take the black woman’s man.”

“I’m just sick and tired of these foreigners coming in this country, and they don’t have any idea what American freedom is all about,” one member, identified as “Rudy,” said. Touting the “liberty” the Second Amendment gives him, Rudy says, “I am sick and tired of foreigners who don’t understand what American freedom is all about. They basically don’t even celebrate July the Fourth.”

Rudy also claimed President Obama is a “usurper foreigner president” who has carried out “false flag” operations. “We’re worried about foreigners coming over the border, we’ve got a foreigner as president!” Rudy lamented. “We got a foreigner that was born in Kenya that had an illegal birth certificate as president, and you guys worried about foreigners coming over the border. So, the bottom line is we aren’t giving up our guns.”

At the end of the edited video, a preacher can be heard claiming that President John F. Kennedy should have repented “for his sins and trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ.”

“If Kennedy had done that, it wouldn’t matter that he was assassinated, he would have received God’s grace in thee.”

Members of the group can be heard in the background several times saying, “Amen.”
