Watch: Prop 8 Attorneys Olsen And Boies Talk Marriage Equality Across The Nation

Ted Olsen and David Boies, the bipartisan Prop 8 legal team, are now trying to bring Virginia’s ban on same-sex marriage to the U.S. Supreme Court. The attorneys spoke with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell today about marriage equality across the nation.

“We hope,” the pair told Mitchell today, “the United States Supreme Court will once and for all recognize that this is a constitutional right under the Fourteenth Amendment – due process clause and equal protection clause under the Fourteenth Amendment — for all citizens to be treated equally with why the Supreme Court said is the most important relation in life.”
