Queen Of America’s Ignorant Right Wing Tea Party
Sharon Angle, the GOP and Tea Party candidate who will be running against Nevada’s Senator Harry Reid, has been heralded as one of the Tea Party’s rising stars, last night demonstrated that she is ignorant of America’s history, the basics of our Constitution, and is incompetent to be a U.S. Senator.
Angle last night appeared on Jon Ralston’s show, “Face To Face.” Rachel Maddow aired a few clips of the Angle interview almost in real time, but one clip, perhaps one of the most telling, didn’t make into the MSNBC anchor’s show.
Angle, who is unabashedly homophobic, is unabashedly, ridiculously ignorant also.
Watch as she tells Jon Ralston that the first amendment of the Constitution, and, specifically, separation of church and state, is unconstitutional. Yes, that’s right, she thinks the first amendment of the Constitution is unconstitutional. Or, has never read the Constitution.

And note to Sarah Palin: this isn’t “gotcha journalism.” It’s really not anything but basic journalism. Angle opened her mouth and is responsible for what fell out.
It is somewhat disappointing that Nevada voters chose Sharron Angle over Sue Lowden. At least her stupid, inane ideas were entertaining.
