Watch: Gay Soldier Dan Choi: “Barack Obama, You Have Lost My Trust”

Dan Choi, who Tuesday re-enlisted in the military after being discharged for being gay under “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” talks with CNN after learning that the Obama Justice Department obtained an emergency stay Wednesday, effectively putting “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” back into law.

Choi says he will not vote for the President again, “after what he did yesterday.” He goes on to say, “the judicial branch is the only branch that is filling its mandate to the constitution.”
