Watch: FBI Reports On Family Research Council Shooting
The FBI earlier today held a press conference on this morning’s shooting at the Family Research Council, during which a security guard was shot in the arm.
Ryan J. Reilly of Talking Points Memo, who provided this video, notes:
While Fox News claimed “sources†said the gunman “expressed disagreement with the conservative group’s policy positions,†two FBI officials cautioned reporters that early eyewitness accounts are often inaccurate and said it was too early to speak to the suspect’s motivation.
More than two dozen LGBT organizations issued a joint statement condemning this morning’s shooting at the headquarters of the Family Research Council.
