Watch: Clint Eastwood Talks To Obama’s Empty Chair In The Most Bizarre RNC Speech Ever
Clint Eastwood, in what can only be labeled as bizarre, delivered an eleven-minute speech to Republican National Convention attendees that attacked President Barack Obama in a wholly offensive manner. Eastwood talked to Obama’s empty chair, in something akin to a standup routine, and petended Barack Obama was swearing at him.
Eastwood also said Vice President Biden was “the intellect of the Democratic Party” — not a compliment from his perspective, “Kind of a grin with a body behind it.â€
While he endorsed John McCain in 2008, Eastwood is a Libertarian, not a Republican. Eastwood is also pro-choice, pro gay-marriage, and essentially anti-war, having denounced all American wars since Vietnam. And Eastwood has fathered seven children with five women, marrying only two of them.
“I think it may be time for somebody else to come along and solve the problem,” Eastwood said. “When someone does not do the job, you have got to let them go.”
