Watch: Bill Donohue Puts Barack Obama In A Jar Of Feces

Admitting that the very essence of a work of  art “went right over my head,” Catholic League President Bill Donohue today responded to “Piss Chirst” by placing a bobble head of Barack Obama in a jar of “feces.”

Claiming, “I’m not just the head of the Catholic League, I’m not just a sociologist, I’m not just a guy who writes books about all kinds of contemporary social events. People don’t know it too, but I am an artist too, the kind of artist I don’t know if I want to repeat here for the video — I have my own work.”

Donohue then, as you can see in this video, takes out and places in front of the camera a jar with a bobble-head of Barack Obama standing in “feces,” and says, “this is their God,” referring to “the cultural and the political elite,” who “are basically secularists,” — “they don’t believe in God,” Donohue lies — adding, “Liberalism is their God.”

But don’t worry, folks, it’s not really feces:

“To tell you the truth it’s brown Play-Doh.”

Donohue begins the video with this interesting local slam:

“If this Piss Christ had shown up in SoHo or down in the village, in some dump that nobody would care about — Chelsea — we wouldn’t say much about it. But where is it going to be shown? 57th Street, between 5th and 6th, right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, t=the Edward Tyler Nahem art museum.”

Donohue also threatened that “some other people” would be “violent” at the Nahem gallery.

Donohue is also very angry because Pedro Serrano, the artistwho created Piss Christ,” “got $15,000 from the government back in the ’80’s,” and Donohue would like some cash from Uncle Sam too.

If this asinine and juvenile crap isn’t enough for you, “The Catholic League will hold a press conference on September 27 outside the Nahem gallery at 37 W. 57th Street, New York City at 5:30 p.m., one-half hour before the exhibit opens.”

Last month, Donohue defended Father Benedict Groeschel, who had blamed child victims of pedophile priests for their rapes.

Donohue has called victims of the Catholic Church’s pedophile priests “professional victims,” and ”a pitiful bunch of malcontents.”

Donohue, who annually buys a full-page ad in the New York Times defending pedophile priests, last year called AIDS a “self-inflicted wound” and claimed that if homosexuals followed the teachings of the Church they would not “self-destruct.”
