You know our illustrious Senate has to vote on whether or not to vote on something, and before they vote of whether or not to vote on something they have to agree to a process of how they’re going to get to the point where they all feel comfortable about voting on whether or not to vote on something is acceptable.
And the vote on whether or not to vote on something is call cloture.
The cloture vote on the NDAA — the National Defense Authorization Act — to which the bill to repeal “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” is attached, is scheduled for around noon today.
