Vote Here On Vermont’s Gay Marriage Bill!

Vermont’s Senate last week approved a gay marriage bill. It’s citizens are in favor of gay marriage 58% to 32%. Vermont’s Governor has said he will veto the bill. Yesterday an amended bill was passed in a House committee. The amendments, via 365gay.com:

“One would guarantee that churches would not be obligated to marry same-sex couples.  Another preserves the words husband and wife on marriage licenses while affirming same-sex couples can marry, and a third allows private church-based organizations to refuse facilities and membership to gay couples.”

So, what’s your opinion? Would you vote for a gay marriage bill that does not obligate churches to marry gay couples or host gay weddings?
