Tagg Romney: I Wanted To ‘Take A Swing At’ Obama During Debate (Audio)
Mitt Romney‘s son Tagg confessed he wanted to “jump out of” his seat, “rush down there to the debate stage” and “take a swing at” President Obama during Tuesday’s debate. Tagg, whose real name is Taggart Romney, is 42, the eldest Romney son, and graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
North Carolina radio host Bill LuMaye last night asked Tagg Romney what it was “like for you to hear the President of the United States call your dad a liar,” during the presidential debate.
Tagg Romney, shown here with his wife Jen, responded, “Uh, you know, uh, well, jump out of your seat, and you want to rush down there to the debate stage and take a swing at him. But you know you can’t do that, because um, well first because there’s a lot of Secret Service between you and him.”
For the record, Mitt Romney lied during the debate 31 times.
