Stop United Families International Campaign of Hate And Lies Against America’s Gay Community
“United Families International.” It sounds like a nice, warm, friendly group of folks. In reality, however, the Mesa, Arizona-based organization claims to use “peer-reviewed social science research” to further its agenda against abortion, gay rights and gay marriage, sex education, cohabitation, and divorce.
Here are some recent statements from the UFI blog:
“Politically-correct movements to advance destructive and seemingly un-relatedcauses such as abortion, the so-called normalization of homosexual behavior and cohabitation outside of marriage all contribute to declining birth rates.” -Beverly Rice, President, United Families International
“Obama’s decision to invite Warren ignited a firestorm of hatred and invective from the intolerant, militant homosexual rights movement.”
“Obama tells us that he is tough enough for the job of president, but evidently he wasn’t tough enough to resist the homosexual rights movement.”
“in another historic “change,†the Lesbian and Gay Band Association will become the first homosexual organization ever to march in an inaugural parade. The Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves.”
“Another attack on the family is coming from three international homosexual rights groups. These groups are trying to get committees at the UN to include the Yogyakarta Principles as a measure by which states could be held accountable. These principles, originated from a conference held at Yogyakarta, Indonesia in 2006. The meeting was attended by leading homosexual rights advocates to develop a brand of sexual rights intended to be “…a universal guide to human rights which affirm binding international legal standards with which all States must comply.—
“We believe that families would like to have leaders who felt that being a “fellow citizen of the world†would mean protection from the homosexual agenda.”
