Stephen Colbert explained last night – in ways I never could have! – why we held The Great Nationwide Kiss-In!
Just as a reminder, as I called for The Great Nationwide Kiss-In in response to several incidents of same sex couples being harassed and/or arrested, just for kissing.
Given our loss in Maine yesterday, it’s appropriate to remind people that we still have to fight for our civil rights – including the right to display simple acts of affection, and the right to marry the person we choose.
