Screaming ‘You Know Who Judges Me?’ Anthony Weiner Gets Into Shouting Match With Voter

Anthony Weiner‘s chance of becoming the mayor of New York City is tiny, but his escapades during the final week before next Tuesday’s primary are becoming legendary. First, Weiner’s (rather bad) dancing atop his campaign float during Monday’s West Indian Day Parade — to a song that calls for the murder of gay people. Of course, it wasn’t his fault — he probably couldn’t hear or understand the lyrics.

But today’s embarrassing fight with a voter is his fault.

In this video posted today to YouTube, which purportedly was filmed today, “during campaign stop in Borough Park 09-04-13,” Weiner gets into a pretty serious, angry shouting match with a NYC voter, in what appears to be a local restaurant.

There’s little context in the video, but it speaks for itself.

It begins with Weiner exiting the restaurant, calling someone a “jackass” while chewing on a mouth full of food. He then goes back inside, and has  a two-minute argument with a man who tells Weiner he should “stay out of the public eye.” Weiner erupts, tells the man he isn’t “superior” to him, and he has no right to judge him.

“You’re a perfect person, you’re my judge?” Weiner asks. “What rabbi taught you that?” he continues.

“You know who judges me? You know who judges me? You know who judges me? Go visit with your rabbi,” Weiner says in a bullying manner. “You don’t get to judge me because you have shown no signs you’re superior to me and you are not my God.”

Weiner also asks, “How do you have the moral authority to judge me then?”

Do New Yorkers really want this guy to be their mayor?
