Romney: Church, State Separation, Yes – No To Marriage Equality (Video)
Appearing on Piers Morgan Tonight Monday, Mitt Romney, a GOP candidate for president, stated he supports the separation of church and state, he claimed to support gay rights — at least in employment — but he unequivocally does not support same-sex marriage. No way, no how. But don’t ask him about religion… Now, about that hypocrisy thing…

For the record, Romney’s statement on same-sex marriage equality:
“I agree with 3,000 years of recorded history. I disagree with the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Marriage is an institution between a man and a woman.â€
(I’m not one to throw one’s religion in one’s face, but let’s face facts here: “3,000 years of recorded history†in Romney’s case, Romney being a Mormon, includes “Marriage is an institution between a man and a woman and a woman and a woman and a woman…†In fact, the U.S. government created marriage laws in part to end Mormon polygamy. So, Governor… Besides, “3,000 years of recorded history†also includes the Old Testament, which means, “Marriage is an institution between a man and a woman and a woman and a woman and a woman…†Is that what the Governor is now advocating? Just checking.)
Just another Republican who says one thing and yet cannot stand to support same-sex marriage equality… (Paging Fred Karger, the only (GOP) candidate who supports marriage equality for all.)
