Michelle Malkin: Back To Demonizing Gays

Published

Only Bigots Need To Hide, Michelle

If you’ve been a fan of this blog from the beginning, you’ll remember all the hateful, nasty, and just plain wrong comments extreme Right-wing Fox News commentator, and Equal Opportunity Bigot Michelle Malkin was making about gays after the November election. I wrote ten pieces, the first, “Michelle Malkin Just Can’t Understand Why We’re Upset“, in which I wrote,

“Conservative part-time columnist and full-time hate-mongerer Michelle Malkin describes our anger at becoming second-class citizens and having the right to marry stolen from us as “insane rage”, as if it would make sense for us to be calm and happy about an entire class of people being de-humanized.”

Doing some digging on her blog, I noticed her incredible focus on gays, and realized, back in December, that Michelle Malkin is just obsessed with gays. I wrote,

“Dear Michelle Malkin, I like you too. I like how you’re obsessed with homosexuality. I like how the word “homosexual” appears in 45 of your blog posts, and how the word “gay” appears in well over 150 of your blog posts. (They say, write about what you know. Well, Michelle, I’m wondering…) I like how you’ve written about gays every day this week. I like how you’ve really bared your soul to us, told us what you think of us, taken those quick pot-shots that you’re so well known for.”

Then, Obama took office, the tea parties came, and Malkin lost focus on us. I was glad, because I had warned her,

“Well, Michelle, I wish you would stop trying so hard to deprive me of my “unalienable Rights”. I wish you would use your platform to stand for something, rather than against so many things. I wish you would stop your incendiary attacks against a group of people you obviously know little about, but who, for some very strange reason, you seem obsessed with, and frightened by. And I wish, Dear Michelle Malkin, you would just leave us alone. Because until you do, until you stop your ugly, hateful, uninformed, senseless attacks on the gay community, I promise you, we’ll be alert and vigilant and call you on every one of your ugly lies. We’re here, Michelle, and we’re watching your words.”

I thought she was done, but I guess I was wrong. Yesterday, Malkin began her obsessive and malicious attacks on gays again:

“Following in the footsteps of the anti-Prop. 8 mafia, two gay activist groups have announced plans to “out” Washington state citizens who sign petitions to oppose expanding same-sex partnership laws.”

“Now, imagine the uproar if the roles were reversed and anti-gay marriage activists were publicizing the names of petitioners supporting same-sex partnership expansion laws. But when they do it, they’re not creating a “climate of hate.” They’re just exercising their free speech.”

Funny, Michelle, everyone I’ve talked talk with, including the twenty-plus responses I got back from folks via Twitter (in under 15 minutes!), would have no problem standing up publicly for their position on civil and gay rights. One person said, “I’d write it on my forehead…” Fact is, Michelle, people who feel the need to hide their opinions are often embarrassed by them. And yes, Michelle, I’m still watching your words.

GOP Congressman: FBI ‘Participated’ in Insurrection to ‘Entrap’ Harmless Protestors and ‘Frame the MAGA Movement’

Published

U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) is demanding the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Dept. of Justice tell Congress what they know about their own alleged “participation” in Donald Trump’s January 6 insurrection, which led to at least seven deaths. Gohmert falsely claims the attack on the U.S. Capitol – which in reality was an attempted coup designed to overturn a free and fair election – was instead a “monumental entrapment scheme used as a pretext to imprison otherwise harmless protestors” and used to “frame the entire MAGA movement as potential domestic terrorists.”

News organization The Recount calls Gohmert’s assertions “a bullshit baseless conspiracy theory.”

The Texas Republican congressman, explained on Thursday on the floor of the House that his “friend,” Fox News white supremacist host Tucker Carlson “covered this last night,” called the conspiracy theory “really disturbing… because we don’t like to see government agents stirring up trouble or find that there are criminal acts that would not likely have occurred had not the federal government been participating.”

Having no evidence that January 6 was an “inside job,” which is what Gohmert is asserting, he goes on to make up possible scenarios, again, without any basis in fact.

“Whether they were actual agents, or an undercover agents, or informants that were working for the federal government. But this is scary stuff this is, This is kind of third world stuff, this is not only third world stuff but this is like Putin-like kind of activity. So, if there were federal agents that were involved on January 6, we really need to know what the FBI knew and when they knew it, and not only that, we need to know how much participation did any of our federal friends either at DOJ, FBI, or any of the Intel Community, what kind of role were they playing?”

It’s almost like he is demanding Speaker Pelosi form a Special Committee to investigate the January 6 insurrection.

Trump Supporter Who Was ‘Heavily Armed’ Pleads Guilty After Firing Gun Into Car Full of Black Girls

Published

on

A supporter of former President Donald Trump has pleaded guilty to intimidation with a dangerous weapon and willful injury after he fired multiple shots into a car filled with Black girls last year.

Local news station KCCI reports that 26-year-old Michael McKinney is now admitting to “causing the occupants to fear serious injury from my action” and also seriously injuring a 15-year-old girl whom he shot in the leg.

McKinney shot into the car while attending a pro-Trump rally at the Iowa Capitol building in December, exactly one month before the deadly January 6th pro-Trump riot that took place at the United States Capitol building.

“McKinney was wearing body armor and heavily armed when he participated in a pro-Trump parade of slow-moving vehicles through Des Moines on Dec. 6,” reports KCCI. “Police say he had a pistol, another firearm in his vehicle and was carrying two loaded magazines.”

Witnesses say that the girls’ car was surrounded by Trump supporters after they drove by and began taunting them. The car’s driver put the vehicle in reverse to escape the Trump supporters and struck a pickup truck, at which point McKinney drew his weapon and started firing at them.

McKinney faces a maximum of 10 years in prison for both charges he’s pleading guilty to, although in exchange prosecutors are dropping the more serious charge of attempted murder.

Republican Candidate in Secret Recording Says He Has Access to Russian Hit Squad and Would ‘End’ Opponent’s Life: Report

Published

“I know what I’m doing is noble, and I’m just trying to remain a humble servant of God,” says William Braddock

In a Politico bombshell report William Braddock, a Florida Republican congressional candidate can be heard saying he has access to Russian and Ukrainian hit squads, “billions of dollars” in offshore cash, and would “end” the life of one of his Republican political opponents, a Trump-endorsed candidate named Anna Paulina Luna, “if it needs to be done.”

“I really don’t want to have to end anybody’s life for the good of the people of the United States of America,” Republican William Braddock can be heard saying in the clip (below). “That will break my heart. But if it needs to be done, it needs to be done. Luna is a f—ing speed bump in the road. She’s a dead squirrel you run over every day when you leave the neighborhood.”

Braddock on Monday filed to run for the seat of U.S. Rep. Charlie Crist (D-FL), who is not seeking re-election next year so he can run for governor. Luna (photo, top) is also running for that seat, and lost to Crist in 2020 but managed to get 47% of the vote.

“During a 30-minute call with a conservative activist that was recorded before he became a candidate, William Braddock repeatedly warned the activist to not support GOP candidate Anna Paulina Luna in the Republican primary for a Tampa Bay-area congressional seat because he had access to assassins,” Politico reports.

“In the recording, Braddock early in the call brought up the alleged assassins. He also made rambling statements about getting financial help from fellow Freemasons or by somehow importing millions of dollars from Malta and Gibraltar.”

“I have access to a hit squad, too, Ukrainians and Russians,” he said about three minutes into the call, adding “don’t get caught out in public supporting Luna. … Luna’s gonna go down and I hope it’s by herself.”

“She’s gonna be gone. Period. That’s the end of the discussion,” Braddock can be heard saying.

Asked how that will happen, he replies: “I call up my Russian — Ukrainian hit squad, and within 24 hours, they’re sending me pictures of her disappearing.”

“No, I’m not joking,” he adds. “Like, this is beyond my control this point.”

“Russian mafia. Close-battle combat, TEC-9s, MAC-10s, silencers kind of thing. No snipers. Up close and personal. So they know the person – they know that the target has gone.”

He goes on to say, “I know what I’m doing is noble, and I’m just trying to remain a humble servant of God.”

The recording was made “just after midnight last Wednesday,” Politico says, and the activist who made it “promptly turned it over to St. Petersburg, Fla., police and gave a heads-up to her friend Luna, who filed a petition for an injunction against Braddock.”

Below is the audio published by Politico. The activist who recorded it says it was not altered. Braddock told Politico “there is no proof” it is his voice in the recording and called it “a dirty political tactic that has caused a lot of people a lot of stress and is completely unnecessary.”

(The captions on the audio appear to be auto-generated and are a poor representation of what is clearly audible, including graphic, offensive, and vile language.)
