A photograph of a “tired and washed up” Mitt Romney has been posted online that shows the former Republican presidential candidate pumping gas in California. The photographer says he talked to Romney “for a good three minutes while he was filling his tank,” observing adding, “He looks tired and washed up,” and adding, “I guess he’s moving to one of his houses in the town I live in, La Jolla.”
Yahoo News reports Reddit user “mkb95” posted the image, and reports the photographer’s comments “would appear to be in line with what those close to Romney thought he’d do after the election—spend more time with his family (the 65-year-old has five sons and 18 grandchildren) and permanently move to California, where he owns a $12 million mansion.”
