Irrational Michele Bachmann Asks If Walker Thinks 7 Million Prop 8 Voters Are Irrational
Minnesota Congresswoman and chief Tea Party Caucus wingnut Michele Bachmann obviously is the stupidest person in the U.S. Congress. Before I tell you why THIS TIME, watch this video from March 2009, when Bachmann revealed to the world that she has ZERO understanding of the U.S. Constitution:

Embarrassing!
Of course the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the right to make laws!
Michelle, you are a LAW-MAKER! Hello!!
So, skip forward to TODAY.
Bachmann, railing against the Prop 8 decision, does not understand the legal term, “rational basis.” For most of us non-lawyers, we shouldn’t be expected to understand the term, “rational basis.” But Bachmann is a LAWYER.
(Of course, she graduated from Oral Roberts’ law school, so perhaps she could get special dispensation for going to a school whose required textbook is the bible, but you also should know, especially in relation to the video above, that Bachmann was a U.S. Treasury Department ATTORNEY. Hello!!)
So, as you’ll see below, Bachmann takes the term, “rational basis,” and uses it to try to twist Judge Vaughn Walker’s words and ruling to say that seven million Californians aren’t rational.
Rational basis is defined as, “a test of constitutionality of a statute, asking whether the law has a reasonable connection to achieving a legitimate and constitutional objective.”
Not, are you crazy?
(Are you crazy, Michele?)

Minnesota, are you happy now?
IMPEACH BACHMANN Already. Please?
