Hate Group: “Fine Anyone Who Has Unprotected Homosexual Sex”

Bryan Fischer, the public face of the certified anti-gay hate group, American Family Association, today on his radio program said, “Let’s have a state law that provides some kind of fine for anyone who has unprotected homosexual sex.”

Because, of course, we want government small enough to fit into our bedrooms? How, exactly does Fischer think we should monitor this new law? Cameras? Does this include lesbians? Who decides the definition of the word “sex?” And, of course, the real question: Why would any sane person think this is a good idea or necessary?

Fischer’s lunatic ravings are out of control. It appeared Fischer had taken some time off this month, and we, to be honest, were a bit worried for him. Evidently, we had every reason to be. We had hoped Fischer would have returned to work refreshed and with a better grip on reality, but clearly we were wrong.

Just yesterday, Fischer called for the criminalization of homosexuality, with jail time for sexual orientation being encoded into our nation’s laws.

“Both of the cases that went to the United States Supreme Court that dealt with the issue of whether states should criminalize sodomy, and of course they still ought to be able to do it, every state in the union criminalized sodomy until 1962 and then forty nine states until 1972, then they began to fall like dominoes. But by the time of the founding until the late 20th Century, homosexual activity was a felony offense in the United States of America, there is no reason why it cannot be a criminal offense once again, absolutely none.”

Last week, Fischer wrote,

“I’ve said it before, and I will say it again, until everyone in the United States agrees with me. America must choose between homosexuality and religious liberty, because we cannot have both. America must choose between homosexuality and freedom of speech, because we cannot have both. America must choose between homosexuality and freedom, because we cannot have both.”

The American Family Association (AFA) was identified as a certified anti-​gay hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center, the folks who brought down the KKK. They AFA is also the group that Rick Perry chose to co-​host and to finance his Christian-​only prayer rally in Texas earlier this month.

For those unfamiliar with the hate group leader, Fischer recently claimed that criticism of Marcus and Michele Bachmann over the practice of “ex-​gay therapy” is both religious bigotry and a hate crime, and the Norway terrorist would have made a good Muslim.

Fischer recently said, “we cannot have the homosexual agenda and liberty. Those two things are incompatible,” and, “Hitler Was A Homosexual”.
