Happy Thanksgiving to Our Readers and Friends!

Happy Thanksgiving to all our readers and their families and friends today!

Today we extend a hearty Happy Thanksgiving to our readers and friends!  We are grateful to each of you–f0r your support, for “sharing,” “liking” and “tweeting” our stories.  The New Civil Rights Movement forum blog recently marked its 4th year of existence and all of us who are fortunate enough to contribute our thoughts and ideas on this page are grateful to David Badash, the founder and publisher who delivers such great work about LGBT rights, politics, art and culture everyday!

We’ve come a long way from the first Pilgrim celebration at Plymouth Rock and we have much further to go until all of us will be equal and share in the bounties of our country. At the New Civil Rights Movement we bring you those ideas, debates and stories about creating a more equal and just America and world everyday.   So on this day, we thank you and wish you and your families and friends a wonderful day to relax, eat, and enjoy the day.
