Freep This Texas TV Station’s Poll! ‘Will You Eat At Chick-Fil-A?’

Chick-Fil-A has become about as hot as the Olympics this week, and everyone is weighing in on the Christian fast food retailer whose president says uses the Bible as an operations manual and as a sword to attack gay people.

Local San Antonio, Texas TV station WOAI is running a poll that asks, “Will you eat at Chick-fil-A?.”

So, let them know! Let’s turn the tide on this poll, where right now customers are saying “yes” a lot more than “no.”

It’s important to remember  – and to share with your friends and family and co-workers and neighbors — that Chick-Fil-A isn’t just a $4.5 billion chicken restaurant that likes the Bible. They have donated $5 million to help stop same-sex couples from marrying. Their president, Dan Cathy,  has said the gay people and our supporters have a “a prideful, arrogant attitude” by thinking same-sex marriage should exist. Dan Cathy has also called same-sex marriage “twisted up kind of stuff,” and suggests it comes from a “deprived mind.”
