DOMA: Hate Group FRC Debates Freedom To Marry
The certified hate group Family Research Council’s Peter Sprigg debated marriage equality advocate Freedom to Marry founder Evan Wolfson today on MSNBC.
Sprigg is best-known to The New Civil Rights Movement readers as the man who proclaimed that gays should be outlawed. The Family Research Council has been deemed a hate group by the SPLC.
Wolfson is considered by many to be the father of the marriage equality movement and literally wrote the book on the subject: Why Marriage Matters; America, Equality, and Gay People’s Right to Marry.
The MSNBC interviewer, Thomas Roberts, asked credible questions, such as, “What happens to people who get married and don’t have children, or Larry King who’s on his eighth marriage?…”
