Does General Mills Think Lesbians Are Bad, And Statutory Rape Is Good?
Food giant General Mills (not just for breakfast anymore…) has pulled its ads from the ABC Family channel’s show, “Pretty Little Liars,” after it received threats from anti-gay “family values” groups like the Florida Family Association (FFA), which claims “the majority of the primary cast on ‘Pretty Little Liars’ are lesbians.”
Meanwhile, the $15 billion, Minnesota-based company didn’t bat an eye, or close its purse strings, when “Pretty Little Liars” portrayed racy scenes of a teacher in his twenties having an affair with an under-age high school teen. So, does General Mills think legal same-sex relationships are bad, but opposite-sex, illegal relationships are good?
The FFA is affiliated with the larger American Family Association, a certified hate group.
General Mills manufactures and/or markets over one hundred top brands, like Betty Crocker, Colombo, Pillsbury, Green Giant, Old El Paso, Häagen-Dazs, and Cheerios.
