Do This Now: Tweet The Senators Who Voted To Let Criminals Own Guns
Yesterday, a minority of Senators successfully filibustered a bipartisan bill that would have expanded background checks to close the gun show loophole. Nine out of ten Americans, including the vast majority of Republicans, Democrats, men, women, NRA members, those under 50, those over 50 — everyone wanted this bill to pass.
So, these 45 U.S. Senators voted the way the NRA wanted them to, and against common sense, humanity, and how their constituents demanded.
Please, take a moment and tweet your feelings to these Senators, who let the NRA, their ill-advised thought of trying to keep their jobs, and poor judgment rule the day.
