I had the honor and pleasure of attending Senator Kirsten Gillibrand’s speech yesterday at the New York City LGBT Center. Iraq war veteran Lt. Dan Choi, who was discharged under “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” introduced the Senator. I’ve also seen Lt. Choi speak at New York City’s Pride Rally in June.
