At 11:30 AM EST it was announced that the Justice Kennedy of the U. S. Supreme Court blocked all remote viewing of Perry v Schwarzenegger, the David Boies/Ted Olson federal court challenge to Proposition 8.
Justice Breyer dissented.
This order is in effect until Wednesday at 4 PM EST. A court officer told me this includes the YouTube videos that were to be made public at a delayed time and date.
