Judge Vaughn Walker has just issued a stay on his ruling until Friday, effectively putting his ruling that Prop 8 is unconstitutional, on hold, according to CNN and The Advocate. There already is an appeal filed by “Protect Marriage.”
This is not unexpected, nor a reflection on the future of the ruling.
