Breaking: Obama Will Sign Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell Repeal Into Law Wednesday

President Obama, according to the New York Times, will sign the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” bill into law on Wednesday. There has not been an answer as to whether or not there will be a large ceremony. Many are asking for discharged LGBT vets, like Lt. Dan Choi, to be invited.

The AP adds:

“Press secretary Robert Gibbs would not say how long it would take for the administration to implement the repeal. But he said he didn’t expect it to be “overly burdensome.”

“Gibbs declined to offer advice to gays now serving, or to those who’ve been discharged and want to reapply, citing a review of those questions by lawyers.”
