Breaking: Obama’s DOJ Plans To Fight FOR “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Every Step Of The Way

Just one hour ago the Obama DOJ released its response to a federal court’s ruling that decided “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” was unconstitutional. They had until the end of the day today to state their intentions and requests on the injunction the Log Cabin Republicans had asked for. (For more, see, “Breaking: Obama DOJ Fights Federal Court’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Decision.”)

Now that I’ve had time to look at the actual document, I’m sharing with you its appalling and frightening contents.

Above, in black and blue (appropriately) you can see that the DOJ intends to continue to litigate the constitutionality of DADT in other courts, and is concerned about the upcoming decision in another case (Witt) reportedly to be decided Friday.

This is unacceptable.

It’s as if the government were still fighting World War II.

It’s over. You lost. Go home.
