The House Republicans have just released the full text of their “Pledge to America,” (below) which they will announce tomorrow morning — at a Virginia hardware store. Theatrics, anyone?
BIG surprise – it attacks same-sex marriage.
How’s this:
“We pledge to honor families, traditional marriage, life, and the private and faith-based organizations that form the core of our American values.”
Because same-sex couples are not worthy of the GOP’s honor?
The GOP has attacked the LGBT community all year, (well, always, and ALL WAYS) and this is a direct assault.
It is unacceptable.
What are YOU going to do about it?
