Breaking: Boston Lockdown Lifted — Suspect Not In Custody

The directive for all residents in the Boston area to stay at home has been lifted, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick declared in a press conference minutes ago.

The City of Boston has been under lockdown since early this morning.

“Based on those developments we feel it is prudent to say to people you can get back out as long as you are prudent,” Governor Patrick told reporters, in response to questions of the whereabouts of Dzhokar Tsarnaev, the 19-year old suspect in Monday’s Boston Marathon bombing.

The suspect has not been captured and is not in custody, police state.
