Allen West, the one-term Tea Party Republican Congressman who lost his seat this week, still refuses to concede, and, as The New Civil Rights Movement has learned, is still running ads against his Democratic opponent, Patrick Murphy, who has been declared the winner.Â
On Saturday, West’s official YouTube channel ran yet another attack ad against Murphy, as if the race were still undecided and as if voters had yet to cast their ballots.
West, who lost by several thousand votes, even after all but “a handful” of absentee votes were counted, lost his legal challenge on Friday to have all voting materials, including ballots and voting machines, impounded. Â
