Claiming that gays are mentally ill at a much greater level than the heterosexual community, Bryan Fischer, the public face of the certified anti-gay hate group, American Family Association, today on his radio program said that all gays pose a “heightened security risk” for America, and strongly suggested gays are unstable and untrustworthy.
“You don’t want them to handle top secret national security information, you want them to get help,” states Fischer, adding, “that’s a risk our nation cannot afford.”
Claiming “homosexuals are subject to more pathologies than the rest of the populace,” Fischer stated that “every homosexual represents a heightened security risk.”
Notice how Fischer rarely if ever states where his “facts” come from, and often if not aways skews or sculpts the information to suit his purpose, which is to demonize the LGBT community.
Brian Tashman at Right Wing Watch notes that “[r]esearchers have consistently linked prejudice and stigma against gays and lesbians to increased feelings of depression and anxiety, and Fischer skews such research to make it seem that gay people are intrinsically unstable.”
Just last month, Fischer claimed Barney Frank caused millions of Americans to get HIV/AIDS, and has called the repeal of DADT “treasonous.”
And let’s remember, Bryan Fischer has said gays are Nazis, suggested that millions of Americans contracted HIV/​AIDS because of the existence on Congressman Barney Frank, gays are not born gay, the Tea pArty ended slavery in America, gays are a threat to national security, public health, and traditional marriage is necessary for US survival, the same hate, vitriol, and anti-​Christ spirit is at work in Islam and in the “homosexual agenda,†Chaz Bono, “is a surgically-​mutilated female,†“Let’s have a state law that provides some kind of fine for anyone who has unprotected homosexual sex,†called for the re-​criminalization of homosexuality in every state, homosexuality “is a death sentence, it’s not a lifestyle, it’s a death style,†California is going to have a hard time fulfilling SB 48 because “by definition,†gays cannot be role models, the Norway terrorist would have made a good Muslim but a bad Christian, “Hitler hiomself was a homosexual,†“we cannot have the homosexual agenda and liberty.
