The New York Times’ Charles M. Blow is a far superior writer, more insightful, and, well, just so damn much better than the rest of the Times’ more “popular” columnists.

His column today, “G.O.P. Grief and Grieving,” is perhaps one of his best. To appreciate it you have to read it in its entirety – it is that well-constructed — and dead-on. The title of this post is the first sentence of the piece. The remaining 455 words are of equal merit.

I won’t ruin the experience by detailing any more here. If you have any interest in America today, read the piece.
