You’ve probably seen those infomericals for “INSANITY,” billed as “the hardest workout put on DVD,” and its creator, Shaun Thompson, aka, Shaun T. Well, Shaun T just pulled an Anderson Cooper/Sam Champion NBD coming out, by retweeting a photo taken at his wedding this weekend to Scott Blokker.

Insanity by the way, does look pretty insane, and we’ve talked about getting it, but I think I’ll have to work up to it. Shaun T was a dancer for Mariah Carey.
