“Firing” Of Christian Teacher Is “Brainwashing And Mental Torture Of Children”

The “firing” of the Florida teacher who wrote on his Facebook wall that learning that New York had legalized same-sex marriage almost made him throw up, is tantamount to “the brainwashing and mental torture of children,” according to Eugene Delgaudio, president of the Public Advocate Of The U.S.

The Public Advocate Of The U.S. is not a government agency, but its founder is an elected official. More on that later.

Yesterday, Delgaudio wrote a letter to the principal and to the school board superintendent who oversee the Florida teacher, Jerry Buell, demanding they “immediately re-instate Gerald (Jerry) Buell.”

Only problem? Buell was never fired, merely reassigned to desk work pending the outcome of an investigation, which, coincidentally, put him back in his classroom yesterday.

So much for waiting six day, Mr. Delgaudio, form the Lifesite News article you reference to take “action.”

In, “PA’s Eugene Delgaudio: Convene Congressional Hearings To Investigate Firing of Christian Teacher In Lake County, Florida,” Delgaudio writes to the principal and superintendent,

“Your actions responding to an email complaint about Mr. Buell’s opinion expressed in a free speech forum show that you will bend over backwards to the homosexual and politically correct lobby and Lake County, Florida is still part of the USA and the American Constitution still applies.”

Um, OK…

But get this —

“As well as federal laws which proscribe and otherwise prohibit the brainwashing and mental torture of children which seems to be the apparent policy at your school district. Under the federal Hatch Act on Education Revised (not to be confused with the Hatch Act on federal elections which has also been revised), which prohibits brainwashing and the use of certain advocacy techniques (death worship, suicide and drug advocacy) your advocacy of the homosexual lifestyle to children may violate that prohibition.”

So, “firing” Buell (remember — not fired,) was akin to “brainwashing and mental torture of children.”

Now, hopefully you’ve gotten this far.

Remember who Eugene Delgaudio is?

Well, for one, he’s an anti-gay liar.

He also founded and heads the thirty-year old hate group, The Public Advocate, whose website states:

Public Advocate offers strong and vocal opposition to :

Same sex marriage and the furtherance of so-called “Gay Rights”;

The National Endowment of the Arts or taxpayer supported art and the federal funding and endorsement of pornography and obscenity as legitimate forms of art from any agency;

The mainstream media’s promotion and glorification of drug abuse, teenage sex, gangs, atheism, homosexuality and other immoral behavior and beliefs;

The passage of hate crimes and thought control legislation that creates inequality in our state and federal legal systems and singles out Christians or moral thinking people for persecution, fines, and harrassment [sic] by the government at any level;

“Pro-choice” or abortion strengthening legislation that upholds or expands the Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court decision of 1973;

The creation of special classes of Americans at the expense of the traditional American family.

Delgaudio is also the guy who warned of “Practicing Homosexuals skipping hand in hand down to adoption agencies to demand a boy for themselves,” when he learned that same-sex couples might be allowed to (gasp!) adopt children.

Delgaudio is also an elected official, who represents the Sterling District on the Loudoun County, Virginia, Board of Supervisors.
