43% Of College Catholic Groups Support Gays – Right Wing Furious!

43% of college campus Catholic groups support gays and LGBT rights, and the religious right, especially one para-military “Catholic” group, is furious. TFP (Tradition, Family, and Property) Student Action, an anti-gay neo-fascist para-military cult closely tied to a group accused of assassination plots on both the Pope and Reagan, asks, “Why are pro-homosexual clubs allowed to promote anti-Catholic behavior on Catholic campuses?”

“After examining the official web sites of 244 Catholic universities and colleges in America, TFP Student Action found that 107 – or 43% – recognize student clubs that favor the homosexual agenda.  Many of these clubs promote same-sex “marriage,” open homosexuality in the military, and push for the mainstreaming of unnatural vice,” TFP writes.

Oy.

The image above is actually a screenshot from one of TFP Student Action’s videos.

Oy.

TFP also offers a “List of Catholic Colleges with Pro-Homosexual Clubs 2011-2012.” Feel free to contact these brave groups and thank them for their support.

And, of course, TFP offers an “Urgent Petition to Disband Pro-Homosexual Clubs on Catholic Campuses.”

Perhaps HRC would like to include this list in college campus recruiting materials?

In case you’re curious, here’s what Wikipedia says:

Tradition, Family, and Property (TFP) is a Catholic religious sect with branches a number of countries. The TFP was founded by Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira in Brazil in 1960, and he remained president of the Brazilian branch’s national council until his death in 1995.”

In October 1984 the Latin America Weekly Report described TFP as “an ultramontane Catholic group, strongest in Brazil and Argentina, which among other things maintains that all Popes since John XXIII have come under Marxist influence.”

The TFP branch in Venezuela was banned in 1984 when plans were discovered to murder Pope John Paul II during a visit to Venezuela. In addition, according to security reports, members of TFP had travelled to the United States to conspire to assassinate President Ronald Reagan.

Of course, TFP includes this comedic disclaimer at the bottom of their post:

“TFP Student Action has no intention to defame or disparage anyone with this campaign. We do not harbor personal hatred against any individual.

“By intellectually opposing individuals or organizations promoting the homosexual agenda, our only intent is to defend marriage, the family, Catholic education, and the precious remnants of Christian civilization in society.”

That’s even more of a joke than this video.
