Listen To This Call From A Homophobe To A Radio Host Angry About Macklemore’s ‘Same Love’

Radio host Artimis is a fan of Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ “Same Love,” but one of his listeners isn’t. “Craig” calls Artimis to complain about the song repeatedly, and this time Artimis recorded the call. The conversation that ensued is awesome.

Craig, you see, has to protect his child — who apparently doesn’t know anything. (So much for good parenting skills.) Craig, however, is the one who’s less than informed. He think Jesus “hates gays” and “Same Love” is for “homos,” and, as “a Christian. I am a God-fearing man, and I know that those gays don’t have no place in America.”

Also, apparently, “God doesn’t love all people.”

So Craig tells Artimis he “won’t be listening to your radio station anymore, promoting your homosexuals and tendencies.”

Artimis is on U93 Radio in South Bend, Indiana, and he’s on Facebook and Twitter. Why don’t you stop by to thank him. Tell him we sent you.

Hmmm, typically when a song I don't like comes on I simply change the station. That is what mature civilized adults do.

Why are Republicans self righteous, uneducated and hypocritical? Too bad "Craig" has never learned how to grow up and get along with others like a mature adult. I feel sorry for his child. He is unfit to be a parent.

Always such a short distance between bigotry and genocide — as Craig says, "gays have no place in America". At least he's honest, unlike the FRC and NOM and the IFI.

he more than likely not very well liked, complains about everything and I bet is poor white trash. and everyone is so over him and so he calls in to spill his hate…. he will die a very lonely person, which is good, he deserves it. and glad I will never have to be around or listen to him….

yes, we do have a place in America jackass I was born here, served my country and have ever right…. it is not being honest, it is being a bigot and a hater, I am sure he hates everyone who is not white….
