Minutes After Insane Press Conference Trump Campaign Blasts Out ‘Mainstream Media Accountability Survey’ Email
Some on Twitter Using Survey to Share Their Own Thoughts
It’s no secret President Donald Trump is running for re-election – he’s already filed to do so – and on Saturday his official campaign is actually holding a campaign rally in Florida. So perhaps it should come as no surprise that literally minutes after the president’s 77-minute insane and unhinged press conference Thursday afternoon, during which he repeatedly attacked the press, the Trump campaign sent out an email blast encouraging supporters to do the same thing.

Trump’s “Mainstream Media Accountability Survey” consists of 25 questions and requires participants to include their name, email address, and ZIP code – clearly a fundraising tool that also allows supporters to continue to feel involved in what the president wants to be a never-ending campaign for his “movement.”
Some of the questions include, “Do you agree with President Trump’s media strategy to cut through the media’s noise and deliver our message straight to the people?,” “Do you believe that our Party should spend more time and resources holding the mainstream media accountable?,” “Do you believe that people of faith have been unfairly characterized by the media?,” and “Do you believe that the media uses slurs rather than facts to attack conservative stances on issues like border control, religious liberties, and ObamaCare?”
The survey actually has a 2016 date at the top. Calling the survey itself “bizarre,” Vice News notes is “once again blasting” it out, so it apparently is an oldie but a goodie.
But what it really shows is, as we said, the Trump administration is in campaign mode 24/7, and they aren’t kidding: the media is “the opposition party,” as they’ve now repeatedly said.
Some are using the survey to share their thoughts on a more personal level with the President’s campaign:
