Is it possible for a news network to be more excited than candidates or voters? Yes. Take a look.
Tonight, Thursday, January 14, 2016 is the first GOP presidential debate of the year. Fox Business is hosting, and wow are they excited!
Once again there will be two debates.
If you want to watch on your cable TV and your provider does not offer Fox Business, you may still be able to watch.
Here's everything you need to know:
The lower-tier debate will begin tonight at 6:00 PM EST.
The main event will begin at 9:00 PM EST. It is scheduled to conclude at 11:00PM EST.
The debate will be held at the North Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in North Charleston, South Carolina.
HOW DO I WATCH?
You can watch both debates on Fox Business on cable TV. Check here for your local cable channel.
In the second debate, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, Jeb Bush, Chris Christie and John Kasich will debate each other. FBN Managing Editor of Business News Neil Cavuto and FBN Global Markets Editor Maria Bartiromo will moderate this debate.
Also, I'll be tweeting my personal thoughts and likely, debunking some of the candidates' claims. Follow me on Twitter at @davidbadash, and for breaking news and analysis, always follow The New Civil Rights Movement on our Facebook page and on Twitter at @newcivilrights.
A new poll out minutes ago shows Donald Trump with a double-digit lead over Ted Cruz. He'll mention it of course. Expect topics ranging from Nikki Haley's attack yesterday on Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio, to the president's State of the Union address, to Iran's taking of 10 US sailors to be brought up. Since it's Fox Business, financial matters and the economy should also take center stage. And of course, Donald Trump and Ted Cruz will try to outdo each other. Expect fireworks.
And Politico promises, "Fox Business debate moderators plan to get aggressive."
