Florida Same-Sex Couples Marry In Mass Weddings Across State – Orlando Next: Watch Live!
Florida same-sex couples are marrying quickly, and en mass, after hard-fought court battles. Watch Orlando’s mayor preside over the next at 9 AM this morning.
Same-sex couples in Miami-Dade county married Tuesday afternoon, just an hour or so after Judge Sarah Zabel lifted her stay on her July ruling. And at the stroke of midnight, Judge Robert Hinkle’s stay was also lifted, allowing same-sex couples across the entire state to marry. They did, many in mass weddings in several counties.
