CNN, MSNBC Report Hillary Clinton Will Not Be Charged After FBI Interview – Trump, GOP Go Berserk
Trump Insists ‘The System Is Totally Rigged!’
Hillary Clinton will likely not be charged with any criminal wrongdoing after the FBI completes their investigation into her private email server, CNN reports. The former Secretary of State sat down with FBI investigators Saturday morning for three and a half hours, in what is broadly considered tho be the final stages of the investigation.
A Senior Producer at the CNN, Edward Mejia Davis, posted the news that Clinton is not expected to be charged to Twitter, citing unnamed sources who spoke with CNN’s Evan Perez:
Sources tell CNN’s Evan Perez: expectation is that there will be announcement of no charges in Clinton email probe w/in next two weeks or so

In a later article, CNN reported Clinton’s meeting with the FBI at the Department of Justice headquarters in Washington, D.C., “signals the investigation is coming to an end, and sources tell CNN the expectation is Clinton will not face charges.”
As is also being widely reported by various mainstream media outlets, CNN notes that sometime in “the next two weeks or so, the expectation is there will be an announcement of no charges being brought against Clinton so long as no evidence of wrongdoing emerges from her interview with the FBI, sources familiar with the investigation told CNN.”
“CNN has previously reported no charges were expected to be brought against Clinton because the investigators had not found evidence to warrant charges, according to multiple law enforcement officials. A Democrat close to Clinton said Saturday the campaign believes the FBI will announce its decision before the conventions.”
Clinton to @MSNBC on if she was told there’d be no charges: “I am not going to comment on the process, I have no knowledge of any timeline.”

Additionally, MSNBC’s Chuck Todd, in an exclusive telephone interview with Clinton after her FBI meeting, grilled the former Secretary of State and former U.S. Senator, and after seven minutes, told her that “news sources” have reported she will not be charged. Clinton refused to comment, stating she will allow the investigation to take its course.
Donald Trump went berserk, tweeting in response to the news Clinton is not expected to be charged, claiming “the system” is “rigged.”
It was just announced-by sources-that no charges will be brought against Crooked Hillary Clinton. Like I said, the system is totally rigged!

Earlier Saturday, Trump had tweeted an anti-Semetic meme with the Star of David embossed over a bed of $100 bills, and the claim, “History Made, Most Corrupt Candidate Ever.”
NCRM in reporting on Trump’s vile tweet, noted that it reeks of old anti-Jewish attacks during Hitler’s rise to power, and an ugly and false belief among some – mostly neo-Nazis today – that Jewish people control all the wealth in the world. Â
Right wing pundit Hugh Hewitt, who has had an especially sharp sword at the ready for Clinton, also went berserk on Twitter:
That “source” would have had to have been in this AM’s interview if only for 18 USC 1001 purposes. They called Evan? https://t.co/Fp37aeioWF
— Hugh Hewitt (@hughhewitt) July 2, 2016
1. No. I meant False Statements Act. @CNN source could not know what she said in interview unless source was there https://t.co/C3jw6lcdZJ
— Hugh Hewitt (@hughhewitt) July 2, 2016
2. So while 18 USC 1924 is underlying issue, any “source” would have to have been in meeting to know if https://t.co/C3jw6lcdZJ
— Hugh Hewitt (@hughhewitt) July 2, 2016
3. 18 USC 1001 was violated. Time will tell. I’m just skeptical of any source telling people all is clear for https://t.co/C3jw6lcdZJ
— Hugh Hewitt (@hughhewitt) July 2, 2016
4. @HillaryClinton It may turn out to be, but no one who knows is talking and anyone talking doesn’t know.

Republican Party Chairman Reince Priebus also took to Twitter to unleash his fury:Â
Hillary Clinton is the first major party presidential candidate to be interviewed by the FBI as part of a criminal investigation
